This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the 24-hour reception, free internet access, and helpful luggage storage. The staff once assisted me in finding a car service, which I appreciated. Great for a romantic escape!

The room felt cramped despite efficient space usage. I expected more trash cans for convenience, but there was only one small can. It was frustrating having to deal with overflow garbage during my stay, and the cleaning staff didn't assist as expected.

the room was kinda cramped, but the shower was nice and big! staff were super helpful, and they had plenty of amenities like a hair dryer and some toiletries. loved the air conditioning too, worked great!

Cozy room, clean bathroom with a lovely deep bath. the proximity to Tochomae station made it easy for us to explore various attractions in the area.

Had a fantastic group vacation with friends! We loved visiting NHK Hall and Akasaka ACT Theater, both adding a cultural twist to our trip. The location's great, close to convenience stores and train stations. Clean rooms with large showers, and the staff was super friendly, helping us out with everything we needed.

One downside was that the bed wasn't very comfy. It felt hard and didn’t have much support, which affected our sleep a bit.

Had a nice time here! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help us out. The room was clean and comfortable, which was nice after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was a bit basic though, just some sandwiches and yogurt. Also, getting around Shinjuku can be a bit confusing for first-timers.

I stayed in a Standard Twin Room for 5 nights, and it was perfectly located just a short walk from Shinjuku Station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The staff were genuinely friendly, helping us with any queries and offering complimentary drinks. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, though it was a bit cramped for two. One area for improvement could be better signage outside the hotel, as it’s a bit hard to find at night.
